This past Thursday, the Raintree Condominium Association held its annual meeting at the clubhouse. A large number of residents were present to discuss important issues facing the complex.

The meeting began with a brief overview from the head of the association, who pointed out some of the building's accomplishments over the past year.

Following the president's remarks, there was a session for questions from residents. A few residents raised concerns regarding maintenance of the common areas. There was also a lengthy discussion about planned changes to the parking regulations.

The meeting ended with the adoption of the annual budget and the selection of new members to the governing body.

Raintree Community Association Election

Attention all residents of Raintree Condominiums! This reminder is to inform you that the annual election for the Raintree Condo Board will be held on October 26th. The voting period|will|take place from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the main office. Residents are urged to cast their vote to determine the representatives who will serve on the Condo Board for the upcoming year.

Raintree HOA Landscaping Project Update

Residents of Raintree, we're excited to provide/sharing/giving you an update on the much-anticipated landscaping project! We have made/are making/will be making some great progress over the past few weeks. Our team has been hard at work/busy working/dedicated to the task of planting/laying down/installing new flowers, shrubs, and trees throughout the community.

The newly planted/recently installed/freshly landscaped areas are already looking/appearing/beginning beautiful, and we can't wait for you to see/enjoy/witness the full transformation once everything has had a chance to grow/mature/settle in.

We understand/recognize/appreciate that there may be some temporary inconvenience/disruption/change during construction. We are working hard to minimize/reduce/limit any impact on residents and will keep/are keeping/continue to keep you updated on our progress/throughout the project/every step of the way.
